Historically Bad Customer Service

I have an issue with the Speedplay pedals I ordered from Wahoo. The holes on the base plate and spring housing do not align.

I've sent three customer service tickets and have gotten no response in 3 days.

This company doesn't give a crap about its customers. At this point, I just want my money back, but I can't even get a return authorization.

Can't sync my elment mini to my phone to change language to English

I have spent hours online trying to fix the problem to no avail. I cannot reach a live person to help me walk through syncing my Element Mini to my phone.

The language is Portuguese or something like that and I'm unable to use the Element Mini. So no, I am not a happy customer at this point.

The very first time I plugged the trainer in it puffed a tiny amount of smoke

The very first time I plugged it in, a puff of smoke came from the trainer. This is my first Wahoo product, so I am hoping that they live up to their stellar reputation and fully refund my purchase. If and when they fully replace my Wahoo Kickr trainer, I will then leave a review stating my experience with the company, Wahoo!

Kickr roller speed is almost have what iit should be on my edge 530. I have set the wheel size correctly

Ive tried connecting and reconnecting the kickr roller multiple times. I just need to roller to broadcast accurate speed to my bike computer.

Im using a Garmin pedal for power and cadence. Nothing seems to work.

The speed is way off when I am at 90W.. should be approx14mph, its telling me 8mph.

The trainer broke after just five years of very occasional use. I could not reach anyone in the company about the possibility of replacement or repair.

If my own bike broke that frequently, Id never buy another or be able to sell the existing one.

Malfunctioning machine

Wahoo has a good reputation, but I had a terrible experience that I do not wish on anyone. My Kickr trainer failed afer two years of regular but not intensive use.

It is out of warranty, but the problem is a recurring one on this type of trainer. The only thing the Wahoo customer service rep I exanged with offered is a 20% discount on a new machine.

We are talking about an 800$ product that dies after 2 years! No offer to troubleshoot with me, nor to send it to a local rep for servcie or repair, all I got is "sorry, you have to buy a new one." I will obviously buy a trainer of a different brand.

I used my Wahoo Smart Trainer for 2 years. 8 days ago it failed to transmit data to my third party App.

Wahoo technical support was no help. It appears I have a $1,000 plus smart trainer that Wahoo is unwilling or inable to repair or replace.

I have no idea what to do next other than bike outside or purchase a smart trainer from another manufacturer. Wahoo seems unwillingness or unable to resolve this issue.

Im not paying to use an app Ive had for four years. If someone could call me and if you want me.to pay for a service to fix your product for something I already paid for wahoo can go *** themselves and Ill get on every social media page I can and tell as many people in the riding community I can. Your customer support is the worst

Summit segment stops calculating after few seconds

As in the subject, my summit segment comes on for a climb, and stops after a few seconds. Is it because on steep climbs I am going too slow???

When I get near the top and start to increase speed, it jumps ahead to the current climb.

This is very frustrating. It happens on every climb.
